Billing, licensing, and subscription requests

Use Billing & Licensing for invoices, software seats, renewals, subscription changes, or purchase questions.

Include these details

• Company name and authorized requester
• Product, service, invoice, or subscription involved
• User or device receiving the license
• Requested quantity and required date
• Purchase order or internal approval reference, when applicable
• Whether the request is new, a renewal, an upgrade, or a cancellation

Do not include payment card or bank information in a ticket. Zerolimit Consulting will provide an approved payment or secure-information method when needed.

License availability, vendor terms, taxes, and prorated charges may require confirmation before a change is completed.
