Use Backup & Data Recovery when files, mail, application data, or a device need to be restored.

Include these details

• The affected user, device, mailbox, site, or system
• Exact file or folder path when known
• File name or data set
• Approximate last-known-good date and time
• What happened, such as accidental deletion, overwrite, corruption, or device failure
• Business impact and required recovery deadline

Stop editing or replacing affected files when possible. Do not run cleanup, repair, or recovery utilities unless instructed because they may overwrite recoverable data.

A recovery request does not guarantee that a specific version exists. We will verify available restore points and confirm the safest recovery path.
