Use User Access & Passwords for password resets, locked accounts, missing permissions, or multi-factor authentication problems.

Include in your request

  • The affected user's full name and work email
  • The application or service involved
  • Whether the account is locked, the password is rejected, or MFA is failing
  • The exact error message
  • A manager or authorized approver when access needs to be added or changed

Security reminders

Zerolimit Consulting will never ask you to place a password or one-time MFA code in a ticket. Do not approve an unexpected MFA prompt. If you receive prompts you did not initiate, submit the request as Security Incident or Suspicious Activity instead.

Identity verification may be required before access is restored.
